We hope you’ll love your Boom Shankar purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer a return for exchange, store credit, or refund*.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be sent back and received by Boom Shankar within 35 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
We cover return postage only if the item is faulty.
Australia
Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction will incur a $10 Australia Post returns label fee (deducted from your refund or credit).
Rest of the World (including USA & New Zealand)
Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction must be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We’ll process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.
Fast & Hassle-Free International Exchanges
We offer instant exchanges for all international orders. This means we’ll send your replacement item straight away—before we’ve even received your original item back.
We simply place a hold on your credit card (it will only be charged if we don’t receive the original item within 28 days).

*Items purchased during a sale period or with a flash discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless faulty—so please choose carefully.
