We hope you’ll love your Boom Shankar purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer a return for exchange, store credit, or refund*.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be sent back and received by Boom Shankar within 35 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.

• We cover return postage only if the item is faulty.

Australia

• Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction will incur a $10 Australia Post returns label fee (deducted from your refund or credit).

Rest of the World (including USA & New Zealand)

• Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction must be sent back at the customer’s expense.

• We’ll process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.

Fast & Hassle-Free International Exchanges

We offer instant exchanges for all international orders. This means we’ll send your replacement item straight away—before we’ve even received your original item back.

• We simply place a hold on your credit card (it will only be charged if we don’t receive the original item within 28 days).

• *Items purchased during a sale period or with a flash discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless faulty—so please choose carefully.
