Why am I missing an item in my order?Updated 17 days ago

Oh no! We’re so sorry your full Boom Shankar haul hasn’t arrived yet. Don’t worry, we’ll get this sorted.

This can happen for a couple of reasons:

  1. Out of stock item – Occasionally, an item sells out before we can ship it. If this happens, we’ll always email you (check your spam/junk folder just in case).

  2. Separate parcels – We aim to send your order in one shipment, but sometimes items need to travel in separate packages—especially for international orders.

How to check:

  • Open your dispatch notification email and compare the items listed with what you received.

If the missing item should have been in your parcel:

  • Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details. We’ll jump on it right away to make things right... no matter if you’re in Australia, the USA, New Zealand, or anywhere else in the world. 🌏💛
