Where is my shipped order?Updated 5 months ago

We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we apologise for any delays you may have experienced. We also understand that a lot of our fabulous customers like to purchase their Christmas and event outfits during this time. Please know, we are doing our best to get these items to you!

We recognise that delivery times, particularly with Australia Post, can vary. Australia Post have advised that during the Black Friday period (18 November to 6 December 2024) there may be an additional 3-5 business day delay in delivering your orders. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

If you're facing prolonged delivery times or your order tracking remains stuck on 'Processing,' we recommend contacting Australia Post. This will ensure a quick resolution. You can contact Australia Post here.

Please be aware that Australia Post investigations generally take 5-10 business days to resolve.
