Hey friend, we know the wait for happy mail can feel forever—especially when it’s coming from our sunny little corner of Noosa, QLD. We’re just as excited for you to unwrap your Boom Shankar goodies, so here’s everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.
When We Ship
Orders placed on Friday afternoons or over the weekend will leave on the next business day.
We take a break on Australian public holidays, so please allow a little extra time around those dates.
Our goal: Dispatch within 3 business days of your order.
During big sales or busy seasons, it might take up to 7 extra days (we’re working hard behind the scenes... promise!).
If Something’s Out of Stock
Every now and then, an item sells out before we can update our system. If that happens, we’ll email you right away and you can choose:
Refund
Store credit
Replacement item of equal value (just send us your preferred style, colour, and size—availability may vary, but we’ll do our best to make it happen).

We ship with Australia Post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Australia Post investigations generally take 5–10 business days.
To the USA
Orders under $800 USD → Shipped via Australia Post International Express (EMS): 5–9 business days.
Orders $800 USD+ → Shipped via DHL Express or FedEx: 3–6 business days.
If tracking is stuck or delivery seems slow, contact your shipping provider directly for the quickest resolution.
To New Zealand
Australia Post International Express (EMS): 3–7 business days.
DHL Express: 2–5 business days.
Rural areas may take a touch longer (but the views are worth it, right?).
Rest of the World
Australia Post International Express (EMS): Usually 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
DHL Express: 4–8 business days for most major cities.
