We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch and reliable delivery, so you can start enjoying your Boom Shankar goodies as soon as possible!
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase from our Noosaville, QLD warehouse. Please note that during and after SALE or peak periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), dispatch may take an extra 3–5 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from sunny Noosa right to your door.
Australia
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149 AUD
$10 AUD flat rate for orders under $149 AUD
Express Shipping – $15 AUD flat rate (1–3 business days, depending on location)
All orders sent via Australia Post with full tracking.
Europe
Flat rate: €35
Delivery: 5–8 business days
Carrier: Sent via Australia Post International Express with full tracking.
Duties & VAT
For all orders over €150, duties and VAT are collected at checkout and included in your order total. We ship all parcels DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so your order will arrive with no additional charges on delivery.
USA
We offer fast shipping options to the United States, all orders sent with full tracking:

US DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped to the USA are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no extra customs duties at delivery. All duties and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. Please note: depending on your state, you may still be liable for Use Tax, which is payable directly to your state tax authority.
New Zealand
