We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch! Most orders leave our Noosaville, QLD warehouse within 2 business days. During busy periods (like our Black Friday Sale), dispatch may take 5 –7 business days due to the high volume of orders.

We always prioritise express shipping orders, especially during peak sales! So if you need your goodies in a hurry, choosing express at checkout is the best way to get them faster.

Australia

• FREE shipping on orders $99 AUD+

• Regular (Australia Post) → $10 flat rate | 3–8 business days

• Express (Australia Post) → $15 flat rate | 1–3 business days

Note: In November and early December, Australia Post Express may experience delays of up to 2 extra business days due to high volumes.
Delivery times are estimates—check Australia Post for the latest updates.

New Zealand

• Flat rate: $15 AUD

• Delivery: 7–28 business days (allow extra time for rural areas)

• NZ GST: 15% GST applies to orders under $1000 NZD.

United States

We offer two reliable international shipping options:

US Duties & Taxes

• Orders under $800 USD → Duties/taxes covered by Boom Shankar

• Orders over $800 USD → Sent DAP (Delivered at Place), duties/taxes payable by customer

Rest of the World

• Flat rate: $35 AUD

• Carrier: Australia Post International Express (EMS) with tracking

• Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on location

Taxes & Duties: We do not charge Australian GST on international orders. However, your country’s customs may apply VAT, GST, duties, or processing fees before delivery. These are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
