Faulty Items

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you believe your item is faulty, even if the tags have been removed, you may return it for assessment.

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the fault

  • Photos, if possible, to help us review your claim

If we need the item returned for inspection, it must be sent back within 10 days of contacting us. Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to offer an exchange or refund if the item is deemed faulty.


Please note: Many of our pieces are handmade and/or hand-printed, which means variations in colour, print placement, and pattern are part of their charm and uniqueness.

We also provide fit guides in our product descriptions (true to size, oversized, relaxed, or straight-fitting). For this reason, fit preferences, minor marks, natural inconsistencies, and signs of wear are not considered faults.
