Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Standard Post → 2–8 business days
Express Post → 1–4 business days
Note: We ship from Noosaville, QLD, so if you’re in South Australia or Western Australia, please allow a little extra time.
Tracking:
Use the tracking number in your dispatch email for real-time updates.
If your parcel is outside the estimated delivery window, contact Australia Post for the quickest resolution (investigations take 5–10 business days).
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find it:
Contact your local Australia Post facility (it may be waiting for collection).
If marked Safe Drop, Australia Post can provide a photo of where it was left.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
DHL Express / FedEx → 3–6 business days
Australia Post International Express (EMS) → 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery times can vary due to customs processing.

If your parcel is outside the estimated delivery window, contact your carrier directly (DHL, FedEx, or USPS if handed over in the US) for the fastest resolution.
If tracking shows Delivered but it’s missing, check with your local USPS office—they may be holding it.
