Yes, 

Australia: we offer free returns within 35 days of purchase.

US & NZ : we offer free refunds and instant exchanges within 45 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items purchased during a sale period or with a flash discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

• Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Return Shipping:

• Australia: Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction incur a $10 AUD Australia Post returns label fee, deducted from your refund or credit.

• USA & New Zealand: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

• For faulty items in all regions, Boom Shankar will cover the return postage cost and advise if the item needs to be sent back to us.

Processing Times:

• For returns or exchanges, please submit your details via our returns portal.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
