US & NZ : we offer refunds and instant exchanges within 45 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased during a sale period or with a flash discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Return Shipping:

Australia: Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction incur a $10 AUD Australia Post returns label fee, deducted from your refund or credit.

New Zealand and Rest of World: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

US Returns: Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction incur a $10 USD returns label fee, deducted from your refund or credit.

For faulty items in all regions, Boom Shankar will cover the return postage cost and advise if the item needs to be sent back to us.
