Do you have an international returns policy?Updated 5 hours ago

Yes, we are currently only accepting returns from customers in the United States and New Zealand. If you are located in another country, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns at this time.



Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, swimwear, or undergarments unless faulty.

  • Sale & Promotional Items (including flash sales) are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty. These will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.




Refunds & Exchanges

  • If your item meets the eligibility criteria, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit (valid for 3 years).

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return at our Noosaville, Australia warehouse.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a store credit.


Instant Exchanges (USA & NZ)

Need your replacement quickly? We offer an Instant Exchange service for eligible USA and New Zealand customers:

  • We’ll send your replacement item immediately, before your original is returned.

  • A credit card hold will be placed for the value of the replacement item.

  • The hold will only be charged if your original item is not received within 28 days.



Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing are sent back at the customer’s expense. We do, however, offer hassle-free, no-handling-fee returns through our portal.

  • If your item is faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or advise if the customer should keep the item.



How to Return Your Order

  1. Submit your return request via our Returns Portal.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to package and send your item back.

  3. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
