We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $99 within Australia, we also offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $99 and $15 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.
Orders shipped outside Australia are $35 and are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.You will be able to track your delivery online with a link provided to Australia Post.
How long does domestic shipping take?
REGULAR (Aust Post) - $10 Flat Rate or free for orders over $99 - 3-8 business days delivery
EXPRESS (Aust Post) - $15 Flat Rate - 1-3 business days delivery
Please keep in mind that the Australia Post may have up to a 3-5 business day delay during the month of November and start of December, due to high volume of orders. Do you offer expedited shipping & dispatch?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for domestic orders only for $15 Express Shipping. Please make sure to select express shipping at the checkout. We prioritise dispatch of orders with express shipping, especially during the Black Friday sales period. So if you need your item in a hurry, this is the best way to ensure you will receive it quickly. Please keep in mind that the Australia Post express post may have up to a 2 day delay during the month of November and start of December, due to high volume of orders.
How long will dispatch take?
We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we apologise for any delays you may have experienced. If you place an order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be sent out during the week. We have extra warehouse staff working during this busy time. Please know that we are working diligently to dispatch your order as quickly as possible!
During peak sale periods, such as Black Friday there may be a delay of up to 5-7 business days for dispatch times. You would have seen this notice on our checkout, before proceeding with your order.
