Items purchased from the Boom Shankar website and retail stores that are on sale are eligible for an exchange or credit note only, unless marked with "FINAL SALE". We will not be issuing refunds for items purchased on sale.

Items purchased on outlet.boomshankar.com or marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return. Please choose carefully.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back and received by Boom Shankar within 35 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. We cover the cost of postage on returns only if the item is faulty. Returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart will incur a $10 Australia Post returns label fee.
