All items sold during a flash sale event are only eligible for a exchange or credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless faulty. 

Australia

Items purchased online or in-store that are on sale are eligible for:

• Online credit (valid for 3 years)

• Exchange (if stock available) — $10 AUD return postage fee

• Not eligible for refund unless marked faulty

New Zealand & USA

Items purchased online or in-store that are on sale are eligible for:

• Online credit (valid for 3 years)

• Instant Exchange (if stock is available) — return postage at customer’s expense

• Not eligible for a refund unless marked faulty
