• NZ & USA → 45 days from delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Full price items → refund, exchange, or store credit

• Sale & promo items → exchange or store credit only

• Final Sale → no returns (unless faulty)

Return costs:

• Australia → $10 AusPost label (change of mind)

• NZ & USA → change of mind at customer’s expense
