During our Black Friday Sale, all discounted items are eligible for exchange or online credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.

Australia

Black Friday items purchased online or in-store are eligible for:

• FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Online store credit (valid for 3 years)

• Exchange (subject to stock availability) — $10 AUD return postage fee applies

• Not eligible for refunds, unless the item is deemed faulty

New Zealand, EU & USA 

Black Friday items purchased online or in-store are eligible for:

• FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Online store credit (valid for 3 years)

• Instant Exchange (subject to stock availability) — return postage at customer’s expense

• Not eligible for refunds, unless the item is deemed faulty
