This may be due to the reward already expiring or your order not meeting the terms and conditions. 

• In order to use a $15 Boom Benefit reward, your online order must be $50 or more. 
• In order to use a $25 Boom Benefit reward, your online order must be $100 or more. 
• In order to use a $50 Boom Benefit reward, your online order must be $150 or more.
