How do I return an item?Updated 5 months ago

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your order. Items purchased on sale are able to be returned for an exchange or credit note only, sorry no refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and returned back to Boom Shankar within 35 days of receiving your item. If you purchased an item marked with FINAL SALE or purchased from the Boom Shankar Outlet, please note this item is unable to be returned.

If you purchased your item in one of our retail stores, please return it back to the same store it was purchased from. Online orders are unable to returned in-store and in-store orders are unable to be returned online.
