Can I combine my outlet and online orders?Updated 5 months ago

If you have placed an order on our outlet.boomshankar.com website and boomshankar.com.au, with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, we are unable to combine your shipping from our different warehouses as they are picked and packed from separate locations and therefore we are charged for shipping twice.

If you have placed multiple orders on boomshankar.com.au, please let us know within 2 hours as we may be able to combine the postage for you. Please note that during Black Friday and peak sales periods, we are unable to combine postage of orders due to the high volume of sales we receive.
